A healthy lunch idea for adult nutrition adds two or three pieces of bread or chapattis, or 100 gm rice along with chicken stew or fish. You can also have some less oily vegetable curies. You can also pamper yourself with a cup of yogurt.

A healthy dinner for adult nutrition must contain vegetable or chicken soups with two pieces of bread or chapatti. It should be very light.
